Order Processing Times
At Threadworks, we endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 14 days. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen events. Larger orders or those with complex customisation may require additional processing time.

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day. Should there be any changes to our processing or shipping times during the fulfilment of your order, including delays due to peak periods or exceptional circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Policy
Threadworks provides delivery both within the UK and internationally. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Threadworks is not liable for any customs delays or associated costs.

All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services to ensure they reach their destination securely. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery and Pickup
Threadworks does not currently offer a collection service. Local delivery may be arranged for orders within a 15-mile radius of our location, at our discretion.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty due to an error on our part.

  • Changes to Orders: Any requests for changes must be communicated to us immediately. Once processing has commenced, we may not be able to accommodate your request, or additional charges may apply.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order. If processing has already begun, cancellations may not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty due to an issue caused by Threadworks or our suppliers, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@threadworks.uk or via our help desk. Each case will be reviewed individually, and, if approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
